Serving Club Captains, GCMA members, Head Greenkeepers, and PGA Professionals are invited to apply for courtesy when making a booking. All are expected to hold, and will produce on arrival, a valid GCMA, BIGGA or PGA card.
No courtesy will be offered if not agreed by the Office in advance. Courtesy of the course is not a right; the decision to extend courtesy of the course is at the discretion of the Management of the Club. Course Courtesy is offered a maximum of 3 times in a calendar year.

Full refunds will only be given within 14 days of booking.
Refunds will not be considered after the 14 day period.
Customers will be refunded within 14 days of the cancellation.
As a gesture of goodwill, an offer will be made of an alternate date.

While we strive to minimise disruptions, some maintenance activities may temporarily impact the condition of certain areas of the course. These may include temporary greens, tee and the use of fairway mats.

The great advantage that Seaton Carew Golf Club has over its inland neighbours is that we are open almost 365 days a year. With fast-draining sandy soil, our links rarely close apart from when it snows, and even in winter it is rare for us to move off our main greens. So, if you want to keep your golf swing going throughout the off-season why not come along to the 10th oldest golf club in England and sample our challenging links.
