An amazing day at Seaton Carew. Without doubt the friendliest golf club I have ever visited. The Micklem course was in fantastic condition and was a real challenge in the wind. Just how links golf should be.

The course was in wonderful condition, the greens were beyond perfection. The removal of the buckthorn has worked wonderfully. Your rough management is first-rate and visually stunning. I have visited regularly over the past twenty years from Easingwold Golf Club and the course is the best I have known.

We were blown away with the quality of the holes and the condition of the course. Standing on the 10th tee there was a sense of the challenge ahead which we were not disappointed in with all of the fantastic finishing holes The 12th was put on earth to be a golf hole and the views standing on the 14th were inspiring.

Just wanted to thank you for providing us with a great golf experience yesterday. The course was in fine condition and extremely fun to play, but what really made the day was the friendliness of all your staff. Everyone was exceptionally nice and really made us feel welcome. We look forward to coming back again.

The sort of day at Seaton Carew Golf Club that leaves you inquiring about country membership. Possibly the best course between Dunbar Golf Club and Royal St George's on England's East Coast?

February in the North East of England. Almost impossible to do justice to Seaton Carew GC. Proper championship course, brilliant winter course. Out and back MacKenzie links. If you ever get the opportunity to play England's 10th oldest course just do it. Genuinely sensational.

See what others think of our great links course.

I would just like to thank you for your welcome yesterday. The course was great, the weather superb and the welcome was exceptional. We enjoyed some banter with members who were a credit to the club and could not have been more welcoming. I was so taken aback with the welcome I wrote to Golf Monthly this morning.

We just wanted to thank all your staff for making us so welcome today. The food was delicious and staff most helpful, the pro shop were most obliging. The course was in excellent condition and everyone enjoyed the challenge. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Thanks again Stewart
